- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is a terrible bank all coroupt liars. I opened a acount the branch manager recomended to me only to find out they charge you 20 dollars a month if you dont deposite 10k a month. Customer service is a joke and there rude as crap. They lie and manipulate you into banking with them. I have banked here for 2 weeks and will never make this mistake again. If i could rate 0 stars that would still be to high of a rating for this failure of a bank. Stay far away from keybank!!!!!By Jon Bennett, June 04, 2017
