- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Loyal Allstate customer for over 10 years, denied my very first claim over the phone without an adjustor even coming out to take a look. I called my agent, certain that they would go to bat for me, only to get an education in the plethora of technicalities they can use to get out of paying your claim no matter what combination of policies and riders you have. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was a customer for years at this agency to be talked to like a dog from Sid Sheppard for calling out his staff to corporate for pausing coverage on my $30k truck without me knowing. I found out 6 weeks later that I had been driving without insurance when the bank informed me there was no coverage. This could have cost me a lot of money and instead of owning up to it, Sid and his team blew it off. He always too busy fishing in the Ozarks to take care of his customers.
